Matching Donor Campaign

The Board of Directors of Paths of Hope Ministries would like to extend a huge thank you to those who joined us virtually Thursday evening for a ministry update from Peru. It was helpful to hear directly from missionary Billy Greenman about the challenges of ministry in a country where the pandemic has taken a huge toll and political turmoil continues daily. It was also quite an encouragement to meet our first scholarship recipient Huberth and hear first-hand the gratitude he has for the ability to continue his education in architecture.

If you missed the virtual update, you can watch it here.

We are excited to see what God has in store for the ministry in 2021. Our goals include expanding the mentoring program to include churches in the Sacred Valley and Ica which are near the boys homes being run by Health Bridges International. We will also be continuing training for the Tigres Program to provide peer mentors for young men as they graduate from the boys homes. Additionally, we hope to add to the number of scholarship recipients for the coming year.

In order to reach these goals, we are rolling out a Matching Donor Campaign and we would love to share with you how it works. Several individual donors have pledged to match your gifts through the end of the year. So if you give a gift of $100, it will immediately be matched, creating a $200 donation to Paths of Hope Ministries. These individual donors are doing this to challenge and inspire you to also participate in the ministry in Peru.

Will you consider making a gift before the end of the year so it will double the support we receive for 2021? You can make your one-time donation or a recurring donation at https://pohperu.org/give.
