Board Retreat

We held a Board Retreat this summer to outline the short-term and long-term goals for Paths of Hope and to direct the initial phases of ministry for which Billy will be laying the groundwork when he arrives back in Lima.

It was a great time of refocusing and realigning our goals.  We set aside specific times of prayer to seek the Lord’s direction.  Linda Gamero, our Peruvian volunteer, provided valuable cultural insight as we set goals for the fall.  We left with a fresh vision of what the Lord has called us to do and a new appreciation of the gifts of each Board member.
