Video Update from Lima

This month we wanted to share a video update from Billy Greenman about what Paths of Hope has been doing recently in Lima, Peru.

Please join us in praying for future mentor training courses and the partnerships that will be developed between churches and children’s homes. Also, please pray for the young man mentioned at the end of the video as he continually works on being able to live independently.

In addition to what has been happening in Peru, we’re excited to announce two new members to our Board of Directors based in the United States. We want to extend a warm welcome to Brian Meagher and Dr. Ann Bowen.

Brian started BKM and Co., LLC in 2019 after leaving the nonprofit fundraising business after almost a decade. After serving in the Air Force, he spent his time working for primary, secondary, and higher education fundraising and planned giving, and then went on to work in cause marketing in disaster response and multiple veterans organizations. His time working with celebrities and athletes put his skills to work, creating programs for low involvement and high impact opportunities to bring cause marketing to those that have influence. He is devoted to many causes, and over the course of his career, has raised over $15 million for nonprofits around the country. His desire is simple: help humanize the process of corporations and nonprofits working in the same arenas to effectively create a better world for all. That is the energy that sets them apart.

Ann joins the Board after years of interest in the ministry in Peru. After multiple mission trips to Peru her family has stayed attentive to the ministry and expansion of Paths of Hope throughout the years. Ann joins the Board with a PhD. in Counseling and hopes her experience will be of service to help the Board and ministry discern with compassion and navigate with effectiveness. Additionally, prior to a career in counseling, Ann was an industrial engineer with a Fortune 300 corporation and co-owner of small family businesses. She has a strong yearning to help others discover God’s truth and the fullness God intends for their life. She considers it a privilege to be involved in this ministry’s expression of God’s love and care for the Peruvian people.

At the same time, we would like to thank Dan Rikard and Lydia Watson for their dedication towards the ministry in Peru. We are grateful for their service as founding members on the Board of Directors of Paths of Hope.

Thank you for your continued financial and prayer support of Paths of Hope.
